Our repair center specializes in both x-ray tube and power supply repair and represents an important operational sector necessary to achieve Kimtron’s “Total Customer Satisfaction” process. It is equipped with specially designed tooling and advanced test stations that facilitate our highly trained dedicated repair personal to provide timely cost effective customer repairs.

The repair center provides each customer with a secure RMA portal that allows for the complete tracking of all materials from the point of customer request, received by Kimtron, defect evaluation, quote for repair and repair test and shipment.
