If one of our customers has a production-line-down situation due to an x-ray inspection system, it becomes our problem and the responsibility of every member of our team.
Our field service department is outfitted for quick response and minimum on-site repair turnaround. Service personnel comply with the company’s ISO-required standards of conduct and safety as well as several other safety-related standards such as NFPA 70E. Certified and highly trained field service technicians are on call 24/7 and will respond to your problem usually within 24 hours (same day service available for mission-critical systems). Our service vans are stocked with the parts and components necessary to get your system back into production quickly.
Our standard service policy states; “If we can’t fix your problem – regardless of brand – we will forgive the labor charges”
Preventive Maintenance Contracts
It’s been proven that preventive maintenance, properly executed, keeps your equipment running at its optimum level of efficiency. A minor (or imminent) problem caught early can prevent countless hours of down time and save thousands of dollars in repair costs. Our 25-point check is designed to address those areas of your x-ray system that may be prone to failure before they become a cause of failure. Standard features of our service program include:
- Flat rate or not-to-exceed fees
- Reduced rates for contract customers
- Full reports generated on each system
- Fully equipped service vehicles
- Work performed at customer’s convenience (off shifts)
